These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the SET mobile app (the “App”), operated by Liad Zigdon (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the App.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and the rules of the app store you downloaded it from. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use the App.
You can play anonymously or sign in with Google or Apple to sync your progress. You’re responsible for activity that happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.
To keep SET fun and fair for everyone, you agree not to:
You may set a nickname and upload an avatar. You are responsible for this content and must have the right to use it. Don’t upload anything unlawful, infringing, hateful, or offensive, or that impersonates someone else. Because nicknames and avatars appear publicly in multiplayer and on leaderboards, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host and display them within the App for that purpose. We may remove content or nicknames that violate these Terms.
SET is free to play and offers optional in-app purchases, such as themes, an Unlock-All themes bundle, and “Remove Ads.” The App also includes virtual coins that can be earned in-game (including by watching rewarded ads).
The free App is supported by advertising, including occasional interstitial ads and optional rewarded ads you can choose to watch for coins. You can remove interstitial ads by purchasing “Remove Ads.” Your ad-personalization choices are described in our Privacy Policy.
The App, including its software, design, graphics, and SET branding on this site and in the App, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms don’t grant you any rights in our trademarks or content except the limited license to use the App described above. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
You also agree to the terms of the store you downloaded the App from. For the avoidance of doubt, regarding the Apple App Store: these Terms are between you and us only, not Apple; Apple is not responsible for the App or its support, and any claims relating to the App are directed to us, not Apple. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don’t warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available, or that leaderboards and multiplayer will function without delay.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or progress, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for in-app purchases in the 12 months before the claim, or US $10. Some jurisdictions don’t allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the App and its players. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.
We may update these Terms from time to time; we’ll update the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, provide notice in the App or on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
